Phplus CIBTAC 考试机构
Phplus CIBTAC 考试机构成立于1976 年，是英国美容及化妆品学协会(BABTAC) 考试委员会之分支。 CIBTAC 是英国极具规模的专业美容组织，更受英国政府机构OFQUAL监管，是专责评审美容、整全疗法及治疗师教育领先的国际颁证机构。 所有考获CIBTAC资格的毕业生均获得国际美容同业认可的专业地位。
关于资格
英国CIBTAC 自1977年以来，于美学、美容及水疗等领域拥有40多年的经验，是现时全球规模最庞大的国际评审及资格颁授机构之一。 受英国政府机构OFQUAL兼极具代表性的专业美容组织监管，提供各类型世界级国际认可资格，对往后就业发展非常有利。 PHplus更于2018年受邀合作协办「四级半永久化妆文凭」，更成为中国独家总代理。
